Promotion Period

1 August 2026, 00:00:00 – 31 August 2026, 23:59:59 (Singapore time).

Eligible Participants

This promotion is open only to Singapore residents who, prior to 00:00 on 1 August 2026 (Singapore time), have never deposited any assets (including cash deposits and securities transfers-in) into a Longbridge SG integrated account.

Singapore residents: include Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents, holders of a valid work pass issued by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, or individuals able to provide a valid Singapore residential address.

This promotion involves options trading and rewards in the form of options cash coupons. Options are complex investment products under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), and participation remains subject to your account's actual trading permissions and Longbridge's existing account opening and suitability assessment requirements. This promotion does not lower, waive, or expedite those requirements, nor is it intended as an inducement to activate options trading permissions. Please assess for yourself whether options trading is suitable for you before taking part.

Promotion Rules

Step 1 · Deposit to Unlock the Newcomer Reward

Make your first deposit of at least SGD 500 during the promotion period and receive a USD 10 options cash card.

Step 2 · Trading Lucky Draw (100% Win Rate)

After unlocking the newcomer reward, every 3 options trades you complete during the promotion period automatically earns you 1 lucky draw chance, up to a cumulative maximum of 10 chances per person. Every draw is a guaranteed win, with prizes as follows:

This step is counted by number of orders: regardless of how many contracts a single order contains, it counts as 1 order. After a draw chance is granted, please go to the promotion page to draw manually. Any draw chance not used during the promotion period (before 23:59 on 31 August 2026) will automatically lapse and will not be reissued.

Step 3 · Trading Volume Ranking Contest

After completing Step 1 (a first deposit of at least SGD 500), the cumulative number of options contracts you trade during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the ranking. After the promotion ends, participants are ranked from highest to lowest by cumulative contracts traded; the top three users who also meet the minimum threshold will receive the corresponding rewards:

Counting basis: counted by the cumulative number of options contracts traded during the promotion period, on a full basis, including contracts traded in the pre-market, after-hours and regular sessions (different from the "number of orders" basis used for the Step 2 lucky draw).

Entry threshold: a cumulative total of at least 200 contracts traded during the promotion period is required to qualify for a ranking reward; users with fewer than 200 contracts will not be included in the winners list.

Tie-breaking: if two or more users have the same cumulative number of contracts, the user who reached that number first ranks higher.

Reward form: winners may choose to receive the physical prize or convert it into an equivalent options cash card (iPhone 17 Pro 256GB converts to a $1,100 cash card; AirPods 4 converts to a $130 cash card).

Announcement and issuance: the winners list will be announced within 14 trading days of the following month. Longbridge will proactively contact winners via in-app notification and email to collect the information required for issuance (such as a delivery address); winners should watch for the relevant notifications and provide the information within the specified time, failing which it will be deemed a forfeiture of the reward.

Reward Issuance and Use

Options cash cards: Options cash cards (including those from the newcomer reward and lucky draws) will be issued to "Longbridge App - Me - My Coupons" and must be used within 30 days of receipt. Any card not used within its validity period will automatically expire and become void, deemed as the user forfeiting the reward.

Ranking contest prizes: Ranking contest prizes will be issued after the promotion ends and the winners list is announced. Winners may choose to receive the physical prize or convert it into an equivalent options cash card (iPhone 17 Pro 256GB converts to a $1,100 cash card; AirPods 4 converts to a $130 cash card). Longbridge will proactively contact winners to collect the information required for issuance (such as collection method, delivery address and contact details). Longbridge accepts no liability where issuance cannot be completed due to a winner's failure to provide valid information in time, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond Longbridge's reasonable control such as force majeure. Where necessary, Longbridge reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

All rewards may only be finally obtained upon full satisfaction of the corresponding conditions. Certain rewards (including but not limited to options cash cards and physical prizes) may fail to be issued due to special circumstances beyond Longbridge's reasonable control, such as system failures, interruptions, or third-party service disruptions. Longbridge will use reasonable efforts to issue qualifying rewards but accepts no liability for any delay or failure to issue resulting from the foregoing. Where necessary, Longbridge reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value. Participants are advised to regularly check the notifications within the Longbridge App during the promotion period.

If a participant engages in malicious reward farming, the use of programs/bots to farm rewards, falsification or misrepresentation of information, exploitation of platform loopholes for gain, or fraudulent, abusive or suspicious conduct such as the use of multiple accounts or multiple devices, Longbridge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify them from rewards and to restrict their participation in future promotions.

By participating in this promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the administration and operation of the promotion, including eligibility verification, ranking calculation, announcement of winners, reward issuance and compliance with regulatory obligations. Longbridge may share your personal data with third-party service providers solely for purposes related to this promotion. Longbridge undertakes to protect your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); for details please refer to the privacy policy on the Longbridge website.

This promotion is organised by LBSG. By participating, you agree to be bound by these promotion terms and conditions, the existing terms of the client agreement, and the decisions made by Longbridge in respect of this promotion.

Reward issuance is subject to Longbridge's verification of whether a participant meets all specified conditions; any non-compliance or discrepancy may result in disqualification.

Longbridge Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the terms and conditions of this promotion. This right will generally be exercised in the event of changes in laws, regulations or regulatory requirements, system failures, force majeure, or the discovery of fraud, reward farming or other conduct that undermines the fairness of the promotion. Any change will be communicated through appropriate means such as in-app notifications in the Longbridge App, email or official announcements; except in urgent situations or where immediate effect is required by law or regulation, material changes will be notified a reasonable period in advance. If a change is detrimental to you, you may choose to stop participating before it takes effect; and any reward for which you have fully satisfied the issuance conditions under the original terms before the change takes effect will not be affected. In the event of any dispute, Longbridge Singapore will determine the resolution in a fair, reasonable, and uniform manner.

Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms and conditions shall be resolved by Longbridge management in the manner it considers fairest to all parties, and such decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
