1. Campaign Period

1 August 2026, 00:00:00 – 31 August 2026, 23:59:59 (Singapore time).

2. Eligible Participants

Open only to users who have activated options trading permissions with Longbridge Securities (Singapore).

This Campaign is intended only for Longbridge Singapore clients who are qualified to trade options. Options are complex investment products under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA). Participation in this Campaign and options trading are subject to your account's actual trading permissions and the applicable eligibility requirements. Please assess for yourself, before participating, whether your own circumstances are suitable for this.

3. Campaign Rules

The Options Trading Leaderboard is a ranking and display feature available only to users who have activated options trading permissions. Once authorized and enrolled, a user's options trading performance will be displayed on the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly leaderboards. The Monthly leaderboard ranks users by rate of return and awards rewards based on users' rankings.

Daily and Weekly leaderboards: Users may participate in display and ranking upon completing authorization and enrollment, with no additional threshold.

Monthly leaderboard: Users may participate in display and ranking upon completing authorization and enrollment, but only users who meet the "Reward Rules" below are eligible to claim rewards.

Enrollment and Exit

Users must actively authorize and enroll on the Options Trading Leaderboard campaign page. Users who do not enroll will not appear in any ranking, will have no trading data displayed, and will not be eligible for any ranking reward.

Users may exit the leaderboard and revoke authorization at any time via the bottom of the campaign page; upon exit, trading data will no longer be displayed. After a cumulative total of 10 opt-outs within a calendar month, the user will be unable to enroll again for the remainder of that month.

Leaderboard Display

Based on the authorization of enrolled users, the leaderboard publicly displays the following options fields: positions, rate of return, profit/loss amount, number of contracts traded, maximum drawdown, and most recent executed order, for the purposes of ranking calculation and public display. See the Options Trading Leaderboard Authorization for details.

Rate of return, profit/loss amount, number of contracts traded, and maximum drawdown are updated on a T+1 basis, calculated based on execution data as of the prior trading day's US Eastern market close.

Scope of the most recent executed order displayed: the Daily leaderboard shows the most recent executed order within the last trading day; the Weekly leaderboard shows the most recent executed order within the current week; the Monthly leaderboard shows the most recent executed order within the current month.

Reward Rules

Reward Eligibility: Users are eligible for Monthly leaderboard rewards if they have executed a cumulative volume of 30 contracts or more during the Campaign Period, and achieved a rate of return greater than 0% during the same period. Executed volume counts opening and closing trades separately, on an all-inclusive basis regardless of trading session; unexecuted orders are not counted.

Ranking: The Monthly leaderboard is ranked by rate of return from highest to lowest; in the event of a tie in rate of return, ranking is determined by cumulative contracts traded during the Campaign Period, from highest to lowest.

Reward Distribution: Rankings will be settled after the Campaign ends. Winners will be notified via in-app message / email within 5 business days after the end of the Campaign; cash coupons and points will be credited to the user's Longbridge account, and physical rewards will be shipped by courier to the delivery address registered by the user on the campaign page.

4. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer

1. Not Investment Advice. Any user trading data, rankings, trading activity, or rewards displayed in this Campaign or on the leaderboard do not constitute an offer, invitation, inducement, recommendation, or advice to buy or sell any securities, financial products, or instruments, nor do they constitute investment or professional advice. Users should make investment decisions independently based on their own financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance, only after fully understanding the relevant risks and the legal, tax, and accounting implications, and should seek professional advice where necessary. Users who reference or follow the trades of others do so at their own risk.

2. Options Risk and Suitability. Options are high-risk derivative products subject to significant price volatility, may expose investors to rapid and substantial losses, are not suitable for all investors, and may result in the loss of the entire invested principal. Participation in this Campaign requires activated options trading permissions; the activation of such permissions is subject to the platform's applicable account opening procedures and suitability assessment requirements. This Campaign does not lower or waive any such requirements, nor does it constitute an invitation or inducement for users who have not obtained such permissions to activate options trading. All investors should independently assess whether the relevant products are suitable for their own risk tolerance and, if uncertain, should consult a professional financial adviser.

3. Past Performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investment products and the income from them may fluctuate periodically. Investing carries risk, and investors may lose all of their investment.

4. Anti-Fraud and Disqualification. If any conduct to obtain benefits through improper means is identified — including the use of multiple accounts, wash trades, market manipulation, fabrication or misrepresentation of information, exploitation of system loopholes, use of programs to farm rewards, immediate account closure after receiving rewards, or other improper methods — Longbridge reserves the right to disqualify the participant, reclaim any rewards already distributed, and restrict their participation in future campaigns. Disqualified participants will not receive any reward.

5. Force Majeure and Delay in Distribution. Due to factors beyond Longbridge's control (force majeure) — including suspension, delisting, or failure to list of a security, or system failures or regulatory requirements — certain rewards may be delayed or may not be distributed. Longbridge will endeavour to distribute rewards promptly but shall not be liable for any delay, nor shall any compensation be payable in respect thereof; Longbridge makes no guarantee as to the distribution of any reward.

6. Amendment, Termination, and Final Interpretation. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Longbridge reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify, delete, or supplement these terms at any time (including changing the content and value of rewards), without prior notice, without disclosing any reason, and without any compensation. Reward eligibility and data confirmation for this Campaign shall be based on Longbridge's back-end data; Longbridge's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign (including whether any trade is counted and whether any person is eligible to participate) is final and binding on all participants, and no objections or requests for modification will be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any marketing material, these terms shall prevail.

7. Limitation of Liability. Longbridge Singapore and its affiliates, and their respective employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents, shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with this Campaign.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law. Longbridge reserves the right to resolve any disputes relating to this Campaign. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Exclusion of Third-Party Rights. Except as expressly provided in these terms, no person who is not a party to this agreement shall be entitled to enforce any of these terms solely by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.

10. Governing Language. Where the content of this Campaign is translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail; in the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.

11. Regulatory Statement. Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. holds a Capital Markets Services Licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is an Exempt Financial Adviser. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
