Withdrawal FAQs

How to withdraw funds from your trading account with Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. ("LBS")?

Login to LBS App > "Portfolio" > "More" > "Withdrawal"

  1. Select Currency
  2. Select your beneficiary bank*
  3. Indicate the amount you intend to withdraw
  4. Submit the request and wait for the arrival of funds

Transfer to non-Singapore Banks

 

Notes:

  • Please transfer funds to a bank account in the same name as your LBS Account. Funds cannot be withdrawn to other persons' bank accounts, third-party payment platforms or a joint bank account.
  • LBS supports SGD, USD and HKD for withdrawals. Please ensure that your bank supports the withdrawal currency. 
  • If you do not have a verified bank account with LBS, please add one first before initiating a withdrawal.*
  • Only settled amounts can be withdrawn, and your net total cash balance must be greater than 0. 
  • Remittance fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • You will be responsible for any charges imposed by the remitting banks, receiving banks and intermediary banks.
  • An email and push notification will be sent to you once the withdrawal is complete.
