PortAI Service Rules and Privacy Protection Policy

WELCOME TO USE OUR PORTAI SERVICES!

Before you (“user”) start to use PortAI Service, please read the PortAI Service Rules and Privacy Protection (“PortAI Rules") carefully, especially the clauses that limit or exclude our liability and the terms related to your personal information.

By clicking to confirm these PortAI Rules or by using any PortAI Service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, accepted these PortAI Rules and reached an agreement with us (i.e., Long Bridge Pte. Ltd. and/ or its relevant Affiliates, if applicable). If you do not agree to abide by these PortAI Rules, you must immediately discontinue your access to PortAI and do not proceed.

Unless otherwise specified, words in these PortAI Rules should have the same definitions as in the terms and conditions of the corresponding Platform.

Service Rules

1.1 PortAI

"PortAI" or "PortAI Service" means, an artificial intelligence technology service that we have launched on the Platform, based on natural language understanding (“NLP”) and natural language generation (“NLG”) technology. PortAI has the ability to quickly understand the user's intent and interact with humans using natural language. After receiving the user's language input, PortAI can simulate humans and make or generate corresponding language responses. The specific functional form of PortAI shall be subject to the display on this Platform at that time.

1.2 Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

All linguistic answers provided by PortAI are based on the limited data we used for training, and it may produce “answers that are seemingly reasonable but incorrect or absurd”. All information, responses, and interpretations provided by PortAI are for reference only and do not represent the Platform. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or originality of all information. We also do not guarantee that all the information contained in PortAI’s responses will be kept up to date.

All information provided by PortAI should not be considered as an invitation, offer, solicitation, recommendation, or any investment advice for securities, financial products, or financial instruments. It should also not be regarded as professional advice. Before making any decisions, you should consider various risk factors related to investment products based on your own situation and consult a professional investment advisor if necessary.

The information provided by PortAI should not be viewed as professional opinions and/or news and should not replace the answers provided by professionals in their respective fields.

PortAI is still in the development/research stage and may experience malfunctions from time to time. The Platform shall not be liable for any interruptions, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions caused by any reason or any damages (whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive) arising therefrom.

You represent and warrant to us that: during the use of PortAI Service, you will comply all applicable laws, relevant laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and ours, adhere to the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, and honesty, and will not use PortAI Service to infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, seek unfair benefits, disrupt the normal order in internet, and will maintain a clean online environment.

PortAI Service is part of our Platform Services. For matters related to Services that not covered in the above Section: "1. Service Rules", please refer to the terms and condition of the corresponding Platform. If you have any questions or comments on the use of PortAI Service, please feel free to contact us.

Personal Information Protection

2.1 Login

When you access or use the PortAI Service, you need to be logged into our Platform.

2.2 Human-Machine Interaction Dialogue

When you successfully connect to PortAI and interact with it through the dialogue box, we will automatically receive and record the text dialogue information you input during the interaction with PortAI. We will use this information to provide human-machine interaction services to you. We will also use the dialogue information to improve PortAI's understanding and response speed and quality, and enhance PortAI's intelligence. During the conversation, if you evaluate the content output by PortAI, we will collect your evaluation information, including the error report reasons you actively submit, in order to continuously improve the output content quality of PortAI. If you refuse to allow us to collect and process the personal information mentioned above, please be cautious when entering the foregoing information, but as a result, you may be prevented from properly using some or all of the function of PortAI Service.

We understand that the text dialogue information and feedback you submit may contain personal information belonging to others. If this is the case, please obtain the legal authorization of the person concerned to avoid improper disclosure of their personal information.

2.3 Records of Conversations

To provide you with a continuous and consistent user experience, and to ensure service quality, we may, depending on the situation, record your personal conversation history, including the text conversation information you input, and the conversation topics formed based on the above information. Please be aware that in order to comply with relevant laws and regulations and fulfill our obligations for network information security, we will retain your records of conversations for the time period required by law.

Personal Information Protection”, please refer to our Platform's Privacy Policy and/or other agreements or authorizations that you have separately signed or agreed to through the Platform.
