Automatic Subscription Renewal Rules

You agree to and understand the Automatic Subscription Renewal Rules (the "Rules") as follows:

(1) As you have already subscribed to the Market Data Services on the Platform, you now agree to subscribe to this Automatic Subscription Renewal Service for Market Data (the “Auto-Renewal Service"). Accordingly, you agree to choose the in-app purchase for this Auto-Renewal Service, and you agree to authorize us to entrust the payment channel of Apple. Inc and its affiliates ("Apple Payment Channel") to collect the Market Data fee from your Apple ID account that is bound to your account on the Platform (such Apple ID account, the "Apple Account"), thereby extending the validity period of the Market Data service on your behalf accordingly.

(2) Your Apple Account will automatically renew your subscription 24 hours prior to the expiration of the original subscription period and the corresponding fees will be deducted. You will need to ensure that the Apple Payment Channel deducts the fees from your Apple Account successfully. In the event the renewal fails due to problems encountered with your Apple Account or an inability for Apple Inc and its affiliates to perform such auto deduction, your subscription for the Market Data Services will automatically cease on the due date of the original subscription period. To avoid any interruption to your receiving Market Data Services, please ensure that such auto-deductions can proceed smoothly upon receiving the notice of auto-renewal from Apple. Inc and its affiliates.

(3) You agree to the Apple Payment Channel issuing debit instructions and acknowledge that the Apple Payment Channel may deduct the Market Data Service fee for the next subscription period from your Apple Account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc. Additionally, you are bound by the service terms and usage rules of the Apple Payment Channel.

(4) In the event there are changes to the pricing of the Market Data Services received by you, on/before the auto-renewal date, you will be notified of such pricing changes as it will be published on the relevant page prior to the auto-deduction being made. Please note that such auto-deduction will be made at the latest available valid and published prices.

(5) Unless you terminate this Auto-Renewal Service, your authorization and delegation of automatic deduction to us is irrevocable We will not refund to you in any manner whatsoever the fees that have been deducted through the Apple Payment Channel based on this Auto-Renewal Service which you have subscribed to. In addition, if you terminate this Auto-Renewal Service subsequent to the auto-deduction being made, no fee refund will be possible.

(6) If you need to terminate this Auto-Renewal Service, you shall cancel the Auto-Renewal Service at least 24 hours before the expiration date of each subscription period (subject to the expiration time as determined by Apple Inc and its affiliates). This can be effected through the following path and the method of termination is as follows (the page of the Apple Store may be slightly different depending on your IOS version, please refer to the interface of the Apple Store at that time): open the Apple IOS device "Settings " --> Click "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases", click "Subscriptions", select this Platform and cancel the subscription.

(7) Please note that your termination of this Auto-Renewal Service will be deemed to be a revocation of your authorization to deduct fees from your Apple Account. However, this revocation will not affect any deductions that we may have made prior to your revocation. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed if they are not cancelled, as described above, at least 24 hours before the end of the original subscription period.

(8) These Rules are deemed to be supplemental to and form an integral part of the corresponding Platform Terms and Conditions (including the Terms and Conditions of Market Data Services). Unless otherwise stipulated in this Rule, the words and phrases used in these Rules shall have the same meaning as in the corresponding Terms and Conditions of this Platform.

(9) You are deemed to have agreed to these Rules when you click to subscribe, activate and use this Auto-Renewal Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any subsequent operation.
