How to open a Longbridge account?

The following are the steps for opening a Longbridge account for users in Singapore.

Step 1. Download the Longbridge SG App, sign up in the App, and tap Portfolio.

Step 2. Select your account opening method.

If you choose Myinfo, you need to log in with your Singpass, and some of your basic information will be automatically filled in. Please note that information imported from Myinfo cannot be edited.

If you select Continue Manually, please fill in your personal information and residential address according to your ID document. Then, follow these steps:

(1) Take a photo of your ID document.

(2) Follow the instructions to complete facial recognition.

(3) Upload proof of residential address.

  • Acceptable proof of residential address includes bank statements, government-issued letters, or utility bills.
  • Ensure the proof document shows your full name, address, and date.
  • The proof document must be issued within the last 90 days.

Step 3. Provide employment details and financial information.

Note: Please provide your employer's name in English and Chinese.

Step 4. Review the information you have filled in.

Step 5. Provide an e-signature and submit.

Q1: How long does it take to open a Longbridge account?

Your Longbridge account will usually be processed within 1 to 2 working days after you submit the account opening application. Please note that some situations may require additional processing time.

Q2: How do I know if my account has been opened successfully?

Once your account is successfully opened, you will receive notifications via email and in the App. Alternatively, you can log in to the Longbridge SG App to check your account status.
