Account Opening Rewards

i) Eligibility

This activity is exclusive to Singapore residents who have not opened an LBSG account before 00:00 on May 1, 2025 (Singapore time).

Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.

Deposit Rewards

i) Eligibility

This activity is exclusive to Singapore residents who have not deposited any assets (including cash and share transfers) before 00:00 on May 1, 2025 (Singapore time).

Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.

ii) Rewards & Criteria

Users may participate in one deposit tier of their choosing and must meet the criteria outlined below during the Event Period. Please note that rewards for each tier cannot be stacked.

Buy Trade requirements apply strictly to stocks and ETFs only. The required number of trades must be completed within the respective 30-day or 90-day maintenance period as specified under each tier.

*The share reward values displayed are for reference only and may fluctuate based on market conditions.

iii) Calculation Rules

• Net Deposit = Cash Deposited - Cash Withdrawn - Value of Shares Withdrawn.
• Calculation Period: From the day after meeting the deposit criteria to the 30th/90th day.
  • For example, if Client A meets the deposit criteria of SGD 2,000 on May 1 and maintains a net deposit of SGD 2,000 while completing 3 buy trades within the 30-day period from May 2 to June 1, they will be rewarded with the NVIDIA shares.

iv) Rewards Delivery & Usage

Platform Fee Coupons for US, HK, and SG Stocks

• Upon meeting the criteria, Platform Fee Coupons for each market (US, HK, and SG stocks) will be credited to the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons within 3 working days.
• The coupons will be automatically applied to eligible stocks and ETFs:
  • For US stocks and ETFs: A maximum of USD 1.5 in platform fees will be deducted per order.
  • For HK stocks and ETFs: A maximum of HKD 15 in platform fees will be deducted per order.
  • For SG stocks and ETFs: A maximum of SGD 1.5 in platform fees will be deducted per order.
• Each coupon is capped at a maximum of 100 orders.
• Each Platform Fee Coupon has its own specific validity period. The 3 coupons for each market are valid from May 1 to July 31. Please refer to the coupon details for the exact validity period of each individual coupon.
• Platform Fee Coupons are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Expired coupons will not be reissued and will become invalid after their expiration date.

6% Interest Boost Coupon

• Interest Boost Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
• The interest boost coupon is only applicable to funds under Longbridge Cash Plus. To enjoy the interest, please ensure to subscribe to Longbridge Cash Plus, via which your idle fund in LBSG account will be automatically invested in money market funds to generate income.
• The interest boost period of each coupon is 60 days, and is capped at the coupon’s maximum eligible amount stated in the Coupon Details.
• Returns generated from the interest boost can be tracked in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons during the coupon's active period.
• Bonus interest earned will be settled every 30 days, and the returns will be credited to the account balance in cash (SGD) within approximately 3 working days.
• Interest boost coupons are non-transferable, non-replaceable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be reused.

NVIDIA, Apple and Google Stock

• The stocks will be distributed as Stock Coupon(s), which can be viewed and redeemed in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons.
• The Stock Coupon will be credited within 5 working days after meeting the criteria, and the stock will be credited into your account within 10 working days after the redemption is submitted.
• Failure to activate the stock coupon within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Exclusive New User Referral Reward

i) Eligibility

This activity is exclusive to new Longbridge users who are Singapore residents and are making their first deposit during the Event Period.

Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.

Longbridge Partners will not be eligible for this event.

ii) How to Participate

• Click "Invite now", copy the link and share it with your friends who have NEVER opened any Longbridge trading accounts (excluding demo accounts).
• When your friends register for a LBSG account using this link, they will become your referees.
• Meet the criteria listed below to be eligible for the reward.

iiI) Rewards & Criteria

• The NVIDIA stock will be distributed as a Stock Coupon, which can be viewed and redeemed in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons.
• The Stock Coupon will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria, and the stock will be credited into your account within 10 working days after the redemption is submitted.
• Failure to activate the stock coupon within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Transfer-in Stocks to Claim Exclusive Rewards

i) Eligibility

This activity is exclusive to Singapore residents who have not completed any transfer-in/out of stocks before 00:00 on May 1, 2025 (Singapore time).

Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.

ii) Rewards & Criteria

Select one tier and fulfill all the criteria to claim your reward.

• Only transfer-ins initiated during the Event Period and completed before June 10, 2025 are eligible.
  • For example, if Client A initiates a transfer-in of SGD 10,000 on May 28 and the transferred stocks are credited into his/her LBSG account on June 5, he/she will be eligible for the May's transfer-in promotion.
• Only long positions in HK/US/SG stocks are eligible.
• Transfers made between Longbridge accounts (e.g. Longbridge HK to Longbridge SG) will not be eligible.
• Buy Trade requirements apply strictly to stocks and ETFs only, and all trades must be completed within the 90-day period from the date of eligibility.
• Longbridge will cover transfer fees incurred from your original brokerage, up to a maximum of SGD 200. For full details, please review the activity page by clicking HERE.
• Please note that the rewards for the deposit promotion and transfer-in promotion are stackable. However, the trades must be completed respectively.
  • For example, if you complete a first transfer with a total stock value of SGD 200,000 and deposit SGD 10,000, you will need to complete 90 buy trades to qualify for the Transfer-in Rewards and another 5 buy trades to qualify for the Deposit Rewards (a total of 95 buy trades).

iii) Calculation Rules

• Net Transfer-in = Value of Stocks transferred in^ - Value of Stocks transferred out - Cash Withdrawn
• Calculation Period: From the day after meeting the transfer-in criteria to the 90th day thereafter.
  • For example, if Client A meets the stock transfer-in criteria of SGD 10,000 on May 1 and maintains a net transfer-in of SGD 10,000 while completing 10 buy trades within the 90-day period May 2 to July 30, they will be rewarded with the Stock Cash Coupon(s).

^ Value of Stock transferred in: The market value of the transferred stocks at the time they are credited into your LBSG account

iv) Rewards Delivery & Usage

Stock Cash Coupon(s)

• Stock Cash Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days of meeting the criteria.
• Stock Cash Coupon(s) can be applied to buy orders in the following markets: US, HK, and SG. The cash will be credited to your account upon successful execution of the order.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

• Winners of these rewards will receive a reward coupon sent to their accounts in the Longbridge App > Me > My Rewards within 7 working days after the event has concluded.
• Upon receiving the reward coupon, you may choose to receive the physical reward or redeem it as a cash coupon of equivalent value. Please submit your address or complete the redemption during the reward coupon validity period.
• If you select to receive the physical reward, it will be sent out within 30 working days of receiving the mailing details. Currently, prizes can only be shipped to addresses within Singapore.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I have deposited funds for the Welcome Rewards. How long do I need to maintain my deposits, and when can I expect to receive the rewards?

A: Maintain the net deposit^ criteria within the specified holding period and fulfil the Buy Trades requirement. Once the conditions are fulfilled, the rewards will be credited to your account within 5 working days. Please note that any withdrawal of assets before the end of the required holding period will result in a forfeiture of your rewards.

Q: If the value of my assets decreases during the 30/90 days holding period, will I still be eligible for the reward?

A: Yes, you will still be eligible, as long as you do not withdraw any funds from your account during the holding period.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the Buy Trade requirements?

A: You must make your trades in stocks and ETFs within the 30/90-day holding period to be eligible for the rewards. There are no restrictions on the trade value for buy trades.

"Stock Cash Coupon" is an electronic gift card introduced by Longbridge and is categorized as a promotional reward. Longbridge reserves the right to reclaim the coupon if it is obtained through taking advantage of system vulnerabilities, hacker tools, fraudulent transactions or any other unauthorized activities. Certain rewards, such as Cash Coupons, may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Cash Coupons.
