Event Eligibility

All registered users can be referrers.

• Referee: This activity is exclusive to Singapore residents who have not deposited any assets (including cash and share transfers) before 00:00 on September 1, 2026.
• Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.
• Longbridge Partners will not be eligible for this event.

How to Participate

Click "Share Link" or "Share Poster" on the activity page and share it with your friends. When your friends register for a Longbridge account using this link, they will be considered successful referrals. You, as the referrer, will be eligible for the rewards!

Event Activities & Rewards

Referral Rewards for the First Prompt to LongbridgeAI

• A referral is counted as successful only when the Referee, who must not have previously registered any Longbridge account (including demo accounts), completes all of the following during the Event Period: (i) registers via the referral link you shared; and (ii) sends their first prompt to LongbridgeAI.
• The secret code can be found via clues on the Longbridge referral‑event‑related pages. Each code consists of letters and numbers (e.g., "LBAI2608R1"). To redeem, enter the code in the LongbridgeAI chatbox exactly as published, without any additional text. Codes are not case‑sensitive.
• Redemption is limited to the first 20 users per day across the entire event, on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Once the daily limit is reached, no further redemptions will be accepted that day.
• Each user is eligible to redeem the secret code reward only once during the entire Event Period.
• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 3 working days. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Rewards for Referrals Opening an Account

• Each client is capped at 20 qualified referrals who complete account opening for this reward. Other referral deposit rewards have no cap.
• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. You must activate the coupon within its validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Rewards for Referrals with Deposits

Rewards for EACH of your successful referral

• The rewards for each tier are displayed as the total rewards.
• Your referee needs to maintain the required deposit value before the rewards have been issued. Referees who withdraw their funds before the rewards are issued will result in forfeiture of the rewards.
• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
• You must activate the coupon within its specified validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.
• Net Deposit = Cash Deposited - Cash Withdrawn - Value of Shares Withdrawn.
  • "Value of shares Withdrawn” refers to the market value of shares moved to another broker or custodian. This does not include shares sold within the account if the sale proceeds remain in the account.
  • If your referees withdraw cash that has been redeemed through reward coupons, it will affect the "Cash Withdrawn" calculation, which may impact your Net Deposit and eligibility to meet the criteria.

Bonus rewards for your 2nd & 3rd successful referral

• Your referee needs to maintain the required deposit value before the rewards have been issued. Referees who withdraw their funds before the rewards are issued will result in forfeiture of the rewards.
• The bonus Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. You must activate the coupon within its validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account. • Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Referrer Ranking

Each referral where the referee makes a net deposit of SGD 2,000 or more counts as a valid deposit referral. There will be two rounds of rankings taking place from 1-15 Sep and 16-30 Sep. The top 3 referrers for each round will receive the following rewards:

• All Singapore residents, excluding Longbridge partners, are eligible to participate in this Referrer Ranking activity.
• Daily rankings will be refreshed before 17:59:59 (GMT+8) the next day.
  • i.e. rankings for September 3 will be refreshed before 17:59:59 (GMT+8) on September 4.
• Participation in the ranking requires a minimum of 3 valid deposit referrals. The ranking will not be displayed if no user meets this criteria.
• In the event of tied referral counts, priority goes to the referrer who has achieved the milestone first.
  • For example, 4 users - A, B, C, and D have referral counts of 10, 8, 6, and 6 respectively. If user C made 6 referrals before user D, C will rank 3rd and D will not be listed.
• Two rounds of rankings will take place between 1-15 Sep and 16-30 Sep. During each round, referees' qualifying deposits must be completed by 23:59:59 (GMT+8) on the last day of each round for referrals to count. All ranking results will be published in Longbridge App > Me > Activities; results for 1‑15 Sep will be available by 20 Sep, and results for 16‑30 Sep by 05 Oct.
• Winners of the Referrer Ranking will receive a reward coupon sent to their accounts in the Longbridge App > Me > My Rewards within 15 working days after the event has concluded.
• The fractional shares reward will be credited as a Stock Coupon. The stock will be credited into your account within 10 working days after the redemption is submitted.
• When redeeming the stock coupon, the actual number of shares will be calculated based on the stock's previous trading day closing price and credited to your account with precision to four decimal places (e.g., 1.2345 shares).
• Failure to activate the stock coupon within the validity period (30 days from the date it is credited to your account) will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

To qualify, complete all of the following steps:

• Download and share the Longbridge-exclusive official poster on the Event page to any one of these social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or Rednote.
• Write at least 20 words in your caption and include #LongbridgeSG
• Tag a friend & @longbridge.sg (No need to tag @longbridge.sg on RedNote)
• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 15 working days of the following month after meeting the criteria.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. You must activate the coupon within its validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Event Terms and Conditions

• Certain rewards (including but not limited to Stock Coupons and Cash Coupons) may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Cash Coupons. LBSG retains sole discretion over any modifications to the rewards. Participants are encouraged to regularly review notifications from LBSG during the Event Period on the Longbridge App.
• If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future Events.
• This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by NVIDIA, SpaceX, Apple or any of their respective subsidiaries.
• By participating in this Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the Event. This includes verification of eligibility, reward issuance, and compliance with regulatory obligations. LBSG may share your personal data with third-party service providers only for the purposes related to this Event. • These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Event.
• Rewards issuance is contingent upon LBSG's verification of participants' compliance with all specified criteria. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies may result in disqualification.
• LBSG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and shall notify users within three calendar days after any amendments take effect. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision.
