Event Eligibility

This activity is exclusive to Singapore residents who have not deposited any assets (including cash and share transfers) before 00:00 on April 1, 2026 (GMT+8).

• Referrer: All registered Longbridge users are eligible to invite their friends.
• Referee: Individuals who have not yet registered any Longbridge accounts including demo accounts.
• Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.
• Longbridge Partners will not be eligible for this event.

How to Participate

Click "Invite Now" on the activity page, copy the link, and share it with your friends. When your friends register for a Longbridge account using this link, they will be considered successful referrals. You, as the referrer, will be eligible for the rewards!

Event Activities & Rewards

Rewards for Referrals Opening an Account

• Each referrer capped at a maximum of 100 referrals.
• Fractional Shares Coupon
  • The fractional shares reward will be credited as a Stock Coupon, which will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
  • When redeeming the stock coupon, the actual number of shares will be calculated based on the stock's previous trading day closing price and credited to your account with precision to four decimal places (e.g., 1.2345 shares).
  • Stock will be credited into your account within 10 working days after the redemption is submitted.
  • The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.
• Interest Boost Coupon
  • 8% Interest Boost Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
  • The interest boost coupon is only applicable to funds under Longbridge Cash Plus. To enjoy the interest, please ensure that you subscribe to Longbridge Cash Plus, via which your idle fund in LBSG account will be automatically invested in high liquidity funds.
  • The interest boost period of each coupon is 7 days, and is capped on deposits of up to SGD 2,000. If your holdings exceed the coupon’s maximum eligible amount, the interest boost will be capped at the coupon’s daily limit.
  • Returns generated from the interest boost can be tracked in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons during the coupon's active period.
  • Bonus interest earned will be settled upon completion of usage, and the returns will be credited to the account balance in cash (SGD) within approximately 3 working days.
  • Interest boost coupons are non-transferable, non-replaceable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be reused.
  • The coupon is valid until May 5, 2026. Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Rewards for Referrals with Deposits

Rewards for EACH of your successful referral

• The rewards for each tier are displayed as the total rewards.
• Your referee needs to maintain the required deposit value before the rewards have been issued. Referees who withdraw their funds before the rewards are issued will result in forfeiture of the rewards.
• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
• You must activate the coupon within its specified validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.
• Net Deposit = Cash Deposited - Cash Withdrawn - Value of Shares Withdrawn.
  • "Value of shares Withdrawn” refers to the market value of shares moved to another broker or custodian. This does not include shares sold within the account if the sale proceeds remain in the account.
  • If your referees withdraw cash that has been redeemed through reward coupons, it will affect the "Cash Withdrawn" calculation, which may impact your Net Deposit and eligibility to meet the criteria.

Referrer Ranking

Each referral whose deposits reaches SGD 2,000 counts as a valid deposit referral. The top 3 achievers in valid deposit referrals will receive extra rewards.

• All Singapore residents, excluding Longbridge partners, are eligible to participate in this Referrer Ranking activity.
• Daily rankings will be refreshed before 17:59:59 (GMT+8) the next day.
  • i.e. rankings for April 3 will be refreshed before 17:59:59 (GMT+8) on April 4.
• Participation in the ranking requires a minimum of 3 valid deposit referrals. The ranking will not be displayed if no user meets these criteria.
• In the event of tied referral counts, priority goes to the referrer who has achieved the milestone first.
  • For example, 4 users - A, B, C, and D have referral counts of 10, 8, 6, and 6 respectively. If user C made 6 referrals before user D, C will rank 3rd and D will not be listed.
• The ranking ends on April 30, 2026, 23:59:59 (GMT+8). The referees must reach the deposit target before this deadline for their referral to count.
• The final ranking result will be announced in the Longbridge App > Me > Activities by May 5, 2026.
• Winners of the Referrer Ranking will receive a reward coupon sent to their accounts in the Longbridge App > Me > My Rewards within 7 working days after the event has concluded.
• Upon receiving the reward coupon, you may choose to receive the physical reward or redeem it as a cash coupon of equivalent value. The reward coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. Please submit your address or complete the redemption during the reward coupon validity period.
• If you choose to receive the physical reward:
  • It will be sent out within 30 working days after we receive your mailing details.
  • Please note that the reward will be provided in a random color, and color preferences cannot be accommodated.
  • Prizes can only be shipped within Singapore, and the valid addresses should be provided by the winner within the redemption period. LBSG shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to the rewards after they have been handed over to the courier or delivery provider.
  • Apple products awarded are new items sourced from authorised distributors. All warranties, if any, are provided directly by the manufacturer. LBSG makes no representation or warranty regarding the merchantability, fitness for purpose, or quality of such products.

• Certain rewards, such as Cash Coupons, may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Cash Coupons. LBSG retains sole discretion over any modifications to the rewards. Participants are encouraged to regularly review notifications from LBSG during the Event Period on the Longbridge App.
• If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future Events.
• This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Grab, Apple Inc or any of its subsidiaries. All Apple product names are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
• By participating in this Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the Event. This includes verification of eligibility, reward issuance, and compliance with regulatory obligations. LBSG may share your personal data with third-party service providers only for the purposes related to this Event. LBSG is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). • These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Event.
• Rewards issuance is contingent upon LBSG's verification of participants' compliance with all specified criteria. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies may result in disqualification.
• LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by LBSG’s management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned, and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.
