Event Eligibility

This Event is exclusive to Singapore residents who have not deposited any assets (including cash and share transfers) before 00:00 on August 1, 2026 (GMT+8).

Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.

This event is not applicable to new users who have registered for an account via SingSaver, Moneysmart or Roadshow.

This event is not applicable to Longbridge Partners & Affiliates.

Event Details & Rewards

i) Event Activities

1. Collect a piece of top stock every day

Users need to reach a cumulative net deposit of SGD 500 during the Event Period. The reward must be manually claimed via the activity page within 30 days after meeting the criteria. You can find the page in the Longbridge App under Me > Activities.

2. SG61 Sure-win Lucky Draw

Users who meet the criteria above (hold a net deposit of SGD 500 for 10 days) will receive 1 lucky draw chance, credited by 18:00 on Day 11.

3. Top up & trade to unlock more rewards

This activity is exclusive to users residing in Singapore who have not deposited any assets (including cash deposits and share transfers) into their Longbridge SG account before 00:00 on August 1, 2026 (Singapore time). You can review the detailed activity rules by clicking HERE.

ii) Calculation Rules

• Net Deposit = Cash Deposited - Cash Withdrawn - Value of Shares Withdrawn.
  • "Value of shares Withdrawn” refers to the market value of shares moved to another broker or custodian. This does not include shares sold within the account if the sale proceeds remain in the account.
  • If you withdraw cash that has been redeemed through reward coupons, it will affect the "Cash Withdrawn" calculation, which may impact your Net Deposit and eligibility to meet the criteria.
• Calculation Period: Day 1 begins on the day after you meet the deposit criteria. Each day you maintain a net deposit of at least SGD 500 counts as one qualifying day.
  • For example, if Client A meets the deposit criteria of SGD 500 on August 1 and maintains a net deposit of SGD 500 from August 2 to August 11, he/she will receive the lucky draw chance by 18:00 on August 12.

iii) Reward Delivery & Usage

Fractional Share Prize

• The reward will be credited as Stock Coupon(s), which can be redeemed in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons. The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account.
• When redeeming the stock coupon, the number of shares will be calculated based on the latest stock price if redeemed during regular trading hours, or based on the previous trading day's closing price if redeemed outside regular trading hours. When redeeming the stock coupon, the actual number of shares will be credited to your account with precision to four decimal places (e.g., 1.2345 shares).
• Stock will be credited into your account within 10 working days after the redemption is submitted.
• Failure to claim the rewards or redeem the stock coupon within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the rewards.

Event Terms and Conditions

• All rewards can only be acquired upon the complete fulfilment of corresponding requirements. For clarification, you may enquire with our staff via the Longbridge App > Me > Help and Customer Service > Online Service. You can also reach us on LBSG Official WhatsApp at +65 6330 3035.
• Certain rewards, including but not limited to Fractional Shares, may not be issued in exceptional circumstances beyond LBSG's reasonable control, such as system failures, outages, or third-party service disruptions. LBSG will use reasonable efforts to fulfill eligible rewards but does not accept liability for delays or failures caused by such circumstances. LBSG reserves the right to modify or substitute rewards with those of equivalent value if necessary. Participants are encouraged to regularly review notifications from LBSG during the Event Period on the Longbridge App.
• If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future Events.
• This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by NVIDIA, Intel, Apple, Sea, Tesla, Google, Microsoft, AMD, Meta or any of their subsidiaries in any way.
• By participating in this Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the Event. This includes verification of eligibility, reward issuance, and compliance with regulatory obligations. LBSG may share your personal data with third-party service providers only for the purposes related to this Event. LBSG is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For more information, please refer to the Longbridge Privacy Policy, available on our website.
• These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Event.
• Rewards issuance is contingent upon LBSG's verification of participants' compliance with all specified criteria. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies may result in disqualification.
• LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by LBSG’s management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned, and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.
• This material shall not be copied or redistributed.
