Reward Distribution and Usage Rules:

Your rewards will be credited to the Longbridge app >"My Coupons" within 3 working days after meeting the deposit criteria. Commmision-free privilege will become effective the next calendar day.

The lifetime commission-free entitlement applies solely to US & HK stocks and does not extend to HK Pre-IPO trading or other transactions.

Users must complete the account opening and reach the respective cumulative deposit during the campaign period to be eligible for the rewards.

Qualifying Period: The 30 calendar days following the day the deposit requirement of SGD 2,000 or its equivalent is reached.

Net asset value = Cash Transferred In - Cash Transferred Out - Share Value Transferred Out.

Example: If User A reaches the deposit requirement of SGD 2,000 or its equivalent on April 1, the net asset value from April 2 to May 1 must be at least SGD 2,000 or its equivalent to qualify for the reward.

Calculation Rules:

Calculation Period: From the day after meeting the deposit criteria to the 30th/90th day thereafter.

Net Deposit = Cash Deposited - Cash Withdrawn - Value of Shares Withdrawn

For example, if Client A meets the deposit criteria on June 1 they must maintain a net deposit of SGD 2,000 within the 30-day period from June 2 to July 1 to qualify for the tier 1 rewards.

Reward Distribution and Usage Rules:

Buy trade requirements apply strictly to stocks and ETFs only.

The Stock Cash Coupons worth SGD 80 will be split into 8 coupons worth SGD 10 each, with a validity of 180 calendar days. These coupons will be credit to the Longbridge App > "My Coupons" within 5 working days after meeting the deposit criteria and can be used for trading in 3 markets: US, HK and SG, with cash credited to your account once order is executed.

The Cash Coupon will be credited to the Longbridge App > "My Coupons" within 5 working days after you meet the required net deposit and transaction criteria. You must activate the coupon within its specified validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account. Failure to activate the coupon within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

"Stock Cash Coupon" is an electronic gift card introduced by LBSG and is categorized as a promotional reward. LBSG reserves the right to reclaim the coupon if it is obtained through taking advantage of system vulnerabilities, hacker tools, fraudulent transactions or any other unauthorized activities. You can review the specific usage rules here.

Certain rewards, such as Stock Cash Coupons, may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Stock Cash Coupons. LBSG reserves the ultimate decision-making authority regarding any reward changes. During this Campaign Period, please pay attention to LBSG messages on the Longbridge App regarding reward changes.

If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future promotions.

These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Campaign.

LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision.
