How to Participate

Users can participate in any of the Flash Deal sessions laid out above by registering on the activity page. Prizes are given away on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you have yet to open an account with Longbridge, you may do so and earn a register chance to take part in the Flash Deal.

Each Longbridge user may register for multiple sessions, but is only eligible to win once. After winning, users are no longer eligible to participate in remaining sessions.

Refer a Friend to Earn Register Chances

Refer a friend to Longbridge and you can earn a register chance for the Flash Deal event! For every successful referral made, you will receive one additional register chance for the Flash Deal.

To refer a friend, simply click "Refer" on the activity page. Copy the link, and share it with your friends. When your friends use this link to register and open a Longbridge account, they will be counted as successful referrals.

Once your referrals are deemed successful, the register chance will be issued to your account in approximately 1-10 minutes.

Criteria

Winners of the Flash Deal are required to maintain a minimum net asset value of SGD 2,000 for 30 days to be eligible for their prizes. Winners will be given 5 business days after the Flash Deal session has ended to meet the criteria. Failure to meet the criteria will result in the cancellation of their prizes.

• Net Asset Value = Cash Transferred In + Share Value Transferred in - Cash Transferred Out - Share Value Transferred Out.
• Qualifying Period: The 30 calendar days following the day the minimum net asset value requirement of SGD 2,000 or its equivalent is reached.
  • For example, if the Winner has met the required net asset value on September 6, he must maintain this value within the 30-day period from September 7 to October 6 to be awarded the Prize.

Prize Delivery

• Winners of these prizes will receive a reward coupon sent to their accounts in the Longbridge App > Me > My Rewards within 5 business days after the criteria has been fully met.
• Winners are required to submit their address during the reward coupon validity period. The reward will be sent out within 30 working days of receiving the winner's details.
• Currently, prizes can only be shipped to addresses within Singapore. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Event Terms and Conditions

"Stock Cash Coupon" is an electronic gift card introduced by Longbridge and is categorized as a promotional reward. Longbridge reserves the right to reclaim the coupon if it is obtained through taking advantage of system vulnerabilities, hacker tools, fraudulent transactions or any other unauthorized activities. Certain rewards, such as Stock Cash Coupons, may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Stock Cash Coupons. LBSG retains sole discretion over any modifications to the rewards. Participants are encouraged to regularly review notifications from LBSG during the Event period on the Longbridge App.

If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future promotions.

These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Event.

LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision.
