Event Eligibility

This activity is exclusive to users residing in Singapore.

Event Rules

• Earn a Register Chance

You will receive one register chance for a single transfer-in exceeding SGD 2,000. Each user can only earn one register chance through depositing.

You can also receive one register chance for every valid referral. A valid referral refers to a referee who successfully opens an LBSG account during the event period.

Once the transfer-in or referral requirement is met, the register chance will be issued within approximately 1 to 10 minutes. Please keep track of the dates for each flash deal session and allocate your funds accordingly to participate in the campaign.

• Flash Deal Participation

Users with remaining register chances can select any flash deal session to register and potentially win the prize on a first-come-first-served basis.

Each user may register for multiple sessions but can only win one prize. Once a user becomes a winner in a flash deal session, they will no longer be eligible to participate in subsequent sessions.

The details of the sessions are outlined below:

• Rewards Distribution

The flash deal winner must maintain a net asset value of SGD 2,000 for 30 days to be eligible for the reward.

If you have not met the net asset criteria when successfully grabbed the prize, you need to reach the respective cumulative deposit within 5 business days after the flash deal session ends. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the cancellation of the reward.

The Cash Coupon will be credited to the Longbridge App > "My Coupons" within 5 business days after you meet the net asset maintenance criteria. You must activate the coupon within its specified validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account. Failure to activate the coupon within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Calculation Rules:

Net asset value = Cash Transferred In - Cash Transferred Out - Share Value Transferred Out.

Qualifying Period: The 30 calendar days following the day the net asset value requirement of SGD 2,000 or its equivalent is reached.

Calculation Period: From the day after meeting the asset criteria to the 30th day thereafter.

For example, if Client A meets the asset criteria on August 9, he must maintain a net asset value of SGD 2,000 within the 30-day period from August 10 to September 8 to qualify for the rewards.

Terms and Conditions

Certain rewards may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Stock Cash Coupons. LBSG reserves the ultimate decision-making authority regarding any reward changes. During this Campaign Period, please pay attention to LBSG messages on the Longbridge App regarding reward changes.

If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future promotions.

These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Campaign.

LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision.
