Promotion Eligibility

This promotion is only available to users who have not registered on the LBSG app before 00:00 on 1 January, 2025 (Singapore time). Participation is limited to Singpass users only.

To participate in this Promotion, you must open an LBSG account through the Atome app via Atome - Invest.

Rewards Delivery & Usage

i) Guaranteed 3% Interest Boost

• During the Promotion Period, users who successfully open an LBSG account and deposit funds will receive a 3% interest boost coupon. The coupon will be issued within 3 calendar days after the funds are deposited.
• Upon successful deposit and subscription to Cash Plus, your funds will be subscribed to the selected fund (Fullerton SGD Cash Fund A) on the next business day. The 180-day interest boost period will begin 1-2 days after the first subscription to the fund is confirmed. 
• The interest boost period is 180 days, and is capped on deposits of up to SGD 3,000. However, returns earned from the interest boost may be affected if there are any additional deposits or withdrawals made.
• Returns earned from the interest boost will be reflected as the Bonus Interest earned on the Atome app. It can also be viewed in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons.
• Bonus interest earned will be settled every 30 days, and the returns will be credited to the account balance in cash (SGD) within approximately 3 business days.
• Your funds are invested in the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund A, which invests in high-quality, short-term instruments such as government and corporate bonds, commercial bills, and fixed deposits with maturities of 397 days or less.
• The selected fund (Fullerton SGD Cash Fund A) does not guarantee any capital preservation or interest. In this Promotion, Longbridge guarantees a 3% interest rate on top of the underlying product's earnings. In other words, the actual return is the actual annualized return of the selected fund during the Promotion Period plus the guaranteed additional 3% interest rate provided by Longbridge.
• Interest Boost Coupons cannot be transferred, replaced, redeemed for cash, or reused.

ii) Lifetime commission-free for US & HK stocks

• The commission-free privilege applies to US & HK stocks and ETFs, and will become effective within 3 calendar days. Please refer to the Longbridge App > Me > My Rate for further details.
• Access to free real-time HK & SG market data will be effective within 3 calendar days.

iii) Stock Cash Coupon(s)

• Stock Cash Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days of meeting the criteria. To avoid any delays, please ensure that you maintain the required net asset value of SGD 2,000 until the coupons have been credited to your account. 
• Stock Cash Coupon(s) can be used for trading in the following markets: US, HK, and SG. The cash will be credited to your account once the order is successfully executed. 
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

iv) Cash Coupon(s)

• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
• You must activate the coupon within its specified validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

New users who participates in the "Atome X Longbridge" promotion will no longer be eligible for Longbridge's Welcome Rewards event.

"Stock Cash Coupon" is an electronic gift card introduced by Longbridge and is categorized as a promotional reward. Longbridge reserves the right to reclaim the coupon if it is obtained through taking advantage of system vulnerabilities, hacker tools, fraudulent transactions or any other unauthorized activities. Certain rewards, such as Stock Cash Coupons, may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Stock Cash Coupons. LBSG retains sole discretion over any modifications to the rewards.

If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future promotions.

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the Promotion. This includes verification of eligibility, reward issuance, and compliance with regulatory obligations. LBSG may share your personal data with third-party service providers only for the purposes related to this Promotion. LBSG is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). These terms and conditions, rewards, and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Promotion.

Rewards issuance is contingent upon LBSG's verification of your compliance with all specified criteria. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies may result in disqualification.

LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by LBSG’s management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned, and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.

These Terms and Conditions, and any matters related to this promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
