From September 1, 2026, 00:00:00 to September 14, 2026, 23:59:59 (GMT+8).

Event Eligibility

This Event is exclusive to Singapore residents who, before 00:00 on September 1, 2026 (GMT+8), have (i) not used LongbridgeAI (i.e., never sent a prompt to LongbridgeAI); and (ii) not deposited any assets (including cash and share transfers).

Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.

This event is not applicable to Longbridge Partners & Affiliates.

Event Details & Rewards

Starter Gift

Cash Coupon

• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Interest Boost Coupon

• Interest Boost Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days after meeting the criteria.
• The interest boost coupon is only applicable to funds under Longbridge Cash Plus. To enjoy the interest, please ensure to subscribe to Longbridge Cash Plus, via which your idle fund in LBSG account will be automatically invested in high liquidity funds.
• The interest boost period of each coupon is 100 days, and is capped on deposits of up to SGD 3,000. If your holdings exceed the coupon’s maximum eligible amount, the interest boost will be capped at the coupon’s daily limit.
• Returns generated from the interest boost can be tracked in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons during the coupon's active period.
• Bonus interest earned will be settled every 30 days, and the returns will be credited to the account balance in cash (SGD) within approximately 3 working days.
• Interest boost coupons are non-transferable, non-replaceable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be reused.

Explorer Gift

• The signal analysis for the Explorer Gift must be performed after the Starter Gift prompt and cannot be completed using the same prompt.
• Stock Cash Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 5 working days.
• Stock Cash Coupon(s) can only be applied to BUY orders of stocks and ETFs, and the order value must be equal to or higher than the coupon value. The cash will be credited to your account upon successful execution of the order.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Limited Surprise

• The secret code can be found on Longbridge's official social media account(@longbridgeai) and other channels. Each code consists of letters and numbers (e.g., "LBAI2608R1"), and its validity period will be stated where the code is published. To redeem, enter the code in the LongbridgeAI chatbox exactly as published, without any additional text. Codes are not case-sensitive.
• Redemption is limited to the first 50 users per day across the entire Event, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the daily limit is reached, no further redemptions will be accepted that day.
• Each user is eligible to redeem the secret code reward only once during the entire Event Period.
• The reward will be credited as Stock Coupon(s), which can be redeemed in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons.
• The number of shares will be calculated based on the latest stock price if redeemed during regular trading hours, or based on the previous trading day's closing price if redeemed outside regular trading hours. When redeeming the stock coupon, the actual number of shares will be credited to your account with precision to four decimal places (e.g., 1.2345 shares). Stock will be credited into your account within 10 working days after the redemption is submitted.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. Failure to claim the rewards or redeem the stock coupon within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the rewards.

Referral Gift

• A referral is counted as successful only when the Referee, who must not have previously registered any Longbridge account (including demo accounts), completes all of the following during the Event Period: (i) registers via the referral link you shared; and (ii) sends their first prompt to LongbridgeAI.
• This referral gift can be stacked with the referral rewards for account opening and deposits under the Longbridge Referral Program.
• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 3 working days. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Event Terms and Conditions

• Certain rewards, including but not limited to Interest Boost Coupons, Stock Cash Coupons, Fractional Shares, and Cash Coupons, may not be issued in exceptional circumstances beyond LBSG’s reasonable control, such as system failures, outages, or third-party service disruptions. LBSG will use reasonable efforts to fulfill eligible rewards but does not accept liability for delays or failures caused by such circumstances. LBSG reserves the right to modify or substitute rewards with those of equivalent value if necessary. Participants are encouraged to regularly review notifications from LBSG during the Event Period on the Longbridge App.
• If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future Events.
• This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by NVIDIA or any of their subsidiaries in any way.
• By participating in this Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the Event. This includes verification of eligibility, reward issuance, and compliance with regulatory obligations. LBSG may share your personal data with third-party service providers only for the purposes related to this Event. LBSG is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). • These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Event.
• Rewards issuance is contingent upon LBSG's verification of participants' compliance with all specified criteria. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies may result in disqualification.
• LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by LBSG’s management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned, and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.
