Event Period

From November 01, 2024, 00:00:00 to November 30, 2024, 23:59:59 (GMT+8).

Eligibility

This campaign is exclusive to Singapore residents who have not deposited any assets (including cash deposits and share transfers) into their Longbridge SG account before 00:00 on November 1, 2024 (Singapore time).

Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower and individuals who provide valid residential addresses in Singapore.

Event Rules

Receive Up to SGD 150 in Exclusive Longbridge Merchandise

Users must maintain the required net deposit throughout the campaign period to be eligible for the rewards.

Calculation Rules:

• Net Deposit = Cash Deposited - Cash Withdrawn - Market Value of Shares on the Date of Withdrawal.
• Calculation Period: Begins the next calendar day after the deposit criteria are met.
• For example, if Client A deposits SGD 2,000 on November 1, they must maintain a net deposit of SGD 2,000 from November 2 to December 31 (60-day period) to qualify for the Tier 1 reward requirements.

Reward Distribution

• Users must enter their registered Longbridge phone number on the campaign page and submit it to complete the registration. Only users who have successfully registered before their 60-day/90-day/180-day maintaining periods end will be deemed eligible for the rewards.
• Users who maintain a net deposit of SGD 2,000 for 60 days/90 days/180 days will have their rewards credited to the "My Rewards" section in the Longbridge App within 10 business days after meeting the criteria. Users must provide their address within the validity period. Longbridge will dispatch the reward within 15 business days after receiving the address.

Terms and Conditions

LBSG reserves the ultimate decision-making authority regarding any reward changes. For physical rewards, Longbridge reserves the right to extend its delivery period due to unforeseen circumstances. During this Campaign Period, please pay attention to LBSG messages on the Longbridge App regarding reward changes.

If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future promotions.

By participating in this Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the promotion. This includes verification of eligibility, reward issuance, and compliance with regulatory obligations. LBSG may share your personal data with third-party service providers only for the purposes related to this Event. LBSG is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). These terms and conditions, rewards, and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Event you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Event.

Rewards issuance is contingent upon LBSG's verification of participants' compliance with all specified criteria. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies may result in disqualification.

LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision.
