Event Eligibility

This event is exclusively for Singapore residents.

• Singapore residents: Users residing in Singapore include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, holders of valid and current employment or work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower, or individuals with a valid Singapore residential address.
• This event is not applicable to Longbridge Partners & Affiliates.

Event Details & Rewards

1. Angbao Chance

i) Your first Angbao

Every Singapore resident with a valid Longbridge Singapore trading account is eligible to claim the first Angbao during the Event period:

• Simply visit the Event page and log in to your Longbridge Singapore account;
• Click "Open" to claim your first Angbao.

ii) Share to earn more Angbaos

You can earn additional Angbaos by inviting your friends to visit the Event page:

• Get your exclusive sharing link from the Event page and share it with friends.
• If a friend visits the Event page for the first time via your exclusive link (login required), you will receive an additional Angbao.
• Please note that friends who registered with an email address will not count as valid visits.
• Each eligible participant can claim up to a maximum of 100 Angbaos.

Prize Pool

i) First Angbao

"New User" refers to individuals who register for an LBSG account during the event period; "Existing User" refers to individuals who have registered for an LBSG account before 00:00 on February 1, 2026 (GMT+8).

Prize Delivery & Usage

Cash Coupon

• Cash Coupon(s) will be sent to your account in the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 3 working days.
• You must activate the coupon within its specified validity period. Once activated, the cash will be deposited into your account.
• The coupon is valid for 15 days from the date it is credited to your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Stock Cash Coupon

• Stock Cash Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 3 working days.
• Stock Cash Coupon(s) can only be applied to BUY orders of stocks and ETFs, and the order value must be equal to or higher than the coupon value. The cash will be credited to your account upon successful execution of the order.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Option Cash Coupon

• Option Cash Coupon(s) will be credited to the Longbridge App > Me > My Coupons within 3 working days.
• Option Cash Coupon(s) can only be applied to BUY orders of US options, and the order value must be equal to or higher than the coupon value. The cash will be credited to your account upon successful execution of the order.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account.
• Failure to activate the coupon(s) within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Fractional Shares

• The stocks will be distributed as Stock Coupon(s), which can be viewed and redeemed in the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons. When redeeming the stock coupon, the actual number of shares will be calculated based on the stock's previous trading day closing price and credited to your account with precision to four decimal places (e.g., 1.2345 shares).
• The Stock Coupon will be credited within 3 working days, and the stock will be credited into your account within 10 working days after the redemption is submitted.
• The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account.
• Failure to activate the stock coupon within the validity period will result in its expiration and forfeiture of the reward.

Task Coins

• Task Coins will be issued to the Longbridge App > Me > Tasks within 3 working days.
• Tasks Coins can be used to redeem items in the Longbridge App > Me > Redemption.

Terms and Conditions

• All rewards can only be acquired upon the complete fulfilment of corresponding requirements. For clarification, you may enquire with our staff via the Longbridge App > Me > Help and Customer Service > Online Service. You can also reach us on LBSG Official WhatsApp at +65 6330 3035.
• Certain rewards (including but not limited to Cash Coupons, Stock Cash Coupons and Option Cash Coupons) may not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. LBSG does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the issuance of rewards like Cash Coupons. LBSG retains sole discretion over any modifications to the rewards. Participants are encouraged to regularly review notifications from LBSG during the Event Period on the Longbridge App.
• If your account exhibits signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., using multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your participation in future Events.
• This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Tesla or any of their subsidiaries in any way.
• By participating in this Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the Event. This includes verification of eligibility, reward issuance, and compliance with regulatory obligations. LBSG may share your personal data with third-party service providers only for the purposes related to this Event. LBSG is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). • These terms and conditions, rewards and offers are organized by LBSG. By participating in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Event.
• Rewards issuance is contingent upon LBSG's verification of participants' compliance with all specified criteria. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies may result in disqualification.
• LBSG reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG reserves the right to make the final decision. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by LBSG’s management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned, and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.
